Mount Holyoke Lodge Commemorative Name Plates

Brothers of Mount Holyoke Lodge, in an effort to raise funds for our Lodge Building Association, we are offering commemorative name plates to all Lodge members. The name plates will be placed on the top section of our Lodge room benches. While only Masons will be allowed to purchase these plates, any relatives or friends who are Masons in other states are also welcome to have name plates created. There will not be requests taken for specific placement of the name plates. However, if any Brother would like to have his name plate situated next to a close friend or family member that will be allowed. Here are two examples of how the wording on the name plates can appear:

Example 1: 
Bro. John Paul Jones

Example 2: 
Wor. Paul Revere
Raised September 4th, 1760
St Andrew’s Lodge, Boston MA

Please note that the more words desired the smaller the engraving will appear. While there is no maximum engraving limit, please use moderation when selecting the information for you name plates. There should not be more then three lines of engraving requested, so take example #2 as a model to follow if you want more then your name.

If you are interested in purchasing a name plate for yourself, friend or family member please fill out the form below. These name plates will be a nice addition to our Lodge  room of which future generations of Masons can view.

Brethren, when filling out the order form please confirm everything to ensure the correct information will be engraved on your name plates. Be sure to include your Masonic title if you want it listed before your name, I.E. (M.W., R.W., Wor. or Bro.) The cost for each name plate is $50. Make all checks out to “Mount Holyoke Lodge A.F. & A.M.” and indicate the payment is for the name plates. If you would like to purchase multiple name plates for friends and or families members, please fill out individual order forms for each requested plate. Remember you can request to have your name plate located next to a close friend or family member.
